STEPHENVILLE – Texan Softball will host three elite summer camps over the coming months, all at the Tarleton Softball Complex starting June 14.
The Texans are inviting high school girls in grades 9-12 looking to raise their game to the next level. The camps, designed for players to learn from and be evaluated by the Tarleton Softball camp coaching staff, offer in-depth and advanced training for the particular areas inside the game.
Mornings will center around defensive instruction and the afternoon will feature offensive instruction and live scrimmages.
The Texans will host their camps on June 14, June 19 and July 12, all from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Stephenville. There are spots for nine pitchers, nine catchers, 11 infielders and 11 outfielders at each camp, with no walk-ups allowed. Participants will receive a camp T-shirt.

Tarleton Elite Camp #1
Date: June 14
Ages: 9th-12th Grade
Time: 9 a.m. through 3 p.m. daily (check-in starts at 8:15 a.m., lunch is not provided, players can bring a sack lunch or eat with family)
Cost: $250 (includes camp insurance and a camp T-shirt)
Tarleton Elite Camp #2
Date: June 19
Ages: 9th-12th Grade
