(February 10, 1940 – October 19, 2023)

U.S. Veteran  

Terry was born in Dublin, Texas to Thomas D. Craddock and Mabel (Carr) Craddock. He attended Lingleville and Dublin Schools and later joined the Army. His service was very important to him, and he talked about it frequently throughout his life. Upon returning from the service, he worked at the turkey hatcheries for a time. He spent many years working as a helicopter mechanic for Southern Airways in Mineral Wells and Petroleum Helicopters in both Texas and Louisiana. 

Terry had deeply held convictions both politically and religiously. Anyone who knew him can attest that he loved bringing both topics into as many conversations as possible. He was an avid fan of traditional country music. He had a lifelong love of playing guitar and singing. He was loved and will be missed very much.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Diana Hancock, brothers, Gaylon and Dalton, granddaughter, Marcella, and daughter, Teresa Ann. 

Survivors include daughter, Annie Black of Dallas, Texas, son, Terry D. Craddock Jr. and wife, Stephanie of Dublin, Texas, daughter, Michelle Eddleman of Lake Jackson, Texas ,daughter, Miranda Jensen and husband, James of Lake Jackson, Texas, sisters, Faye Moncrief Thompson of Dublin, Texas, Meribeth Rogan of Stephenville, Texas, and Joye Dyson of DeLeon, Texas, five grandsons, two granddaughters, one great grandson, and a host of nieces and nephews that he loved deeply. 

Graveside Service will be held at Alexander Cemetery in Erath County, Texas on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 2:00pm.
