(March 21, 2015) — The all-stars are returning to Faith Field on Monday.
Stephenville All-Stars League, sponsored by Stephenville Optimist Club and Stephenville Lions Club, provides an opportunity for special needs children in grades K-12 to experience the joy of sports.
Baseball and softball will be the focus of the spring season beginning Monday. Games continue each Monday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Faith Field adjacent to Faith Lutheran Church on the Northwest Loop in Stephenville.
Optimist and Lions Club volunteers will greet the children and assist them in enjoying their sports experience as they participate in everything from warm-up exercises to actual game skills.
