STEPHENVILLE (July 20, 2016) — Stephenville Athletic Booster Club is registering golfers for the annual Robert Burns Memorial Blue & Gold Classic.
The four-man scramble is set for Saturday, July 30, with check-in at 8 a.m. and a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Registration deadline is Wednesday, July 27, but it’s first come, first serve with a limit of 144 players or 36 teams.
The entry fee is $50 per person or $200 per team, with all proceeds Stephenville High School and Henderson Junior High athletics. Hole sponsorships are $100.
Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams in each flight, and there will be a ladies’ flight if at least seven all-lady teams register.
“This is a fun event for everyone with trophies and door prizes,” reads an email from event organizers. “Spots are limited so register now.”
