The Erath County Grand Jury met this week and returned indictments on 16 individuals for August including eight drug related charges and Argel Cital, 29, who was indicted for theft (state jail felony), theft of an elderly person (felony, third), forgery by passing(state jail felony) and forgery of an elderly person(felony, third).
