Dublin began district with a road win, dominating three sets to overcome a host of unset errors that proved costly in a tight second set. The Lady Lions prevailed, 25-12, 23-25, 25-16, 25-17
ACING THE TEST:
Dublin served up a season-high 21 aces including eight in the third set. The Lady Lions averaged a blistering 5.3 aces per set and had more than twice many aces as service errors (10).
AVOIDING ERRORS:
The Lady Lions averaged 11.7 total errors per set in their victorious firs, third and fourth sets while committing basically twice that many with 22 during their loss in the second set.

LISTEN TO LEWIS:
This was a great way to start district. We had too many errors in the second set, but overall, we were aggressive in serving for 21 aces, which is the most we have had in a match. It was great to get the win on the road.
