The Stephenville Athletic Booster Club will be hosting the Robert Burns Blue and Gold Golf Tournament
on July 28th at Legends Country Club. This tournament is to raise money for students involved in
athletics, facility improvements, equipment and athletic recognition and accomplishments. The
tournament format is a four-person scramble.
The reason for this letter is to request your participation in helping us by contributing one or more of
the following items:
o Silent Auction Items
o Hole Sponsorship
o Enter a Team
In return for your support of the tournament, your company’s name will be distributed to all the golfers,
athlete’s parents and school administration. Recognitions and acknowledgments of your contribution
will be given top priority.
SABC continues to serve our student-athletes as they pursue their goals and dreams in each sport. With
your generous donations the coaches and athletic trainers have been able to purchase weight room
equipment for the HJH, an industrial fan for dressing rooms, pole vault poles, golf bags, “Shoot A Way”
equipment for basketball, tents for track & tennis, and much, much more.
This year we are focusing on bringing back as many SHS alumni as possible to join us for the tournament.
We would appreciate you passing this information on any alumni or contact us with their information.
