Tarleton back home tonight for battle with No. 10 Lady Chaps

THE GAME
In a rematch of last year’s NCAA regional tournament matchup, Tarleton will host No. 10 Lubbock Christian tonight at 5:30 p.m. CT at Wisdom Gym in Stephenville. Tarleton enters the game with an overall record of 3-1 while the Lady Chaps come in at 5-0.

TICKET INFORMATION
Wednesday’s game will be free admission for all fans. However, Tarleton Athletics is encouraging fans to bring non-perishable donations to benefit the Tarleton Pantry.

THE LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton is coming off a west-coast road trip that featured visits to Biola and Cal Poly Pomona. The TexAnns split the road trip by knocking off Biola Thursday night and falling to the Broncos in overtime on Saturday.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Tarleton and Lubbock Christian have met 25 times since the inaugural meeting in 1980 and the TexAnns own a 20-5 all-time lead. Tarleton won 18 of the first 19 meetings from 1980 until 2010. Since 2011, the teams have met six times and Tarleton has won two. Lubbock Christian won the last three meetings, including two in Lubbock last season.

UP NEXT FOR TARLETON
Tarleton will take time off for the Thanksgiving holiday and return to action next Thursday for the Lone Star Conference opener against Texas A&M-Kingsville in Stephenville.
