A stunning 21-2 fourth quarter margin lifted Lingleville to a 65-50 home win over Dublin Tuesday in a game the Cardinals trailed 48-44 after the third.
Dublin led 33-29 at halftime before the 15-15 third quarter, making the 21-2 fourth even more inexplicable.
The Cardinals struggled to just 1-15 from outside the arc, but made up for that by going 24-35 inside it for a 50 percent total shooting percentage (25-50).
Tim Griffin scored 19 points and dealt six assists to lead Lingleville. Big man Jarod Hagood doubled up with 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Colbe Stoker contributed 12 points and six assists and Bailey Fenn collected eight points and eight boards.
